Learn from our Comprehensive Curriculum
Our on-site curriculum covers much more than the “how” of the software, we spend a lot of time and effort on the “why”. We dive into the theory of quality management, hospital acquired infections, national best practices, and how to effect change.
We customize the curriculum to meet your needs and your schedule; all shifts, weekends and holidays. We train in small classes, identifying team members team who readily “get it” as well as individuals who need more attention. Working closely with your team allows us to build trust and open channels of communication, ensuring that they will call us for support if they need it.
While Onsite:
We can see and overcome frustrations before they become problems. Simple issues can poison a user’s experience if not dealt with quickly.
A portion of our time onsite is dedicated to working with management, covering everything from configuration to the ins and outs of reporting. As we spend time with you and your team we gain valuable insight into your operations, allowing us to propose tweaks to checklists, assignments, and more.
When our onsite sessions are complete, we will have covered all the course material with each of your users, and toured the floors, performing inspections with each and every one. This guarantees that everyone has performed a number of inspections and follow-ups and that they are ready to get going.
